Use Case

To restore the data service for a SIM card that has been suspended due to traffic control measures during its plan's validity period.

Prerequisites

The enterprise that owns the API key must be the same as the enterprise that owns the SIM card.

The SIM card does not support OTA functionality.

The SIM card is in its usage period.

The SIM card's data plan must allow this operation. (Please consult our support staff for basic configuration.)

Notes

This is an asynchronous operation. A successful synchronous API response only indicates that our system has successfully received the request.

To get the result of the asynchronous operation:

Use the request_id from the API response header to query the result via Query Asynchronous Processing Result.

Receive the result via a notification API callback. pending

While the asynchronous operation is in progress, the card will be in a locked state. During this time, other operations on the same SIM, such as activation, suspension, resumption, or reset, are prohibited.

The asynchronous process typically completes within a few seconds. However, in case of anomalies such as network congestion in the carrier's system, the processing time can extend to tens of minutes or even longer.

If the asynchronous operation fails, you can retry it.
