SIM Card Transfer

API Definition

Use Case: Transferring SIM cards between organizations that have a parent-child relationship (multi-level is supported) or share the same parent.

Processing Method

Synchronous Response: The API immediately returns basic validation results (e.g., parameter format, permission verification).

Asynchronous Execution: The transfer operation is added to a task queue. Track its progress using the request_id.

Data Validation Rules

Item	Stage	Description
Target Organization ID for Transfer	Pre-validation	Verifies if the target organization exists and is valid. The target organization for the SIM card transfer must be a subordinate of the API-calling organization.
Total Quantity	Pre-validation	The total count of SIM cards (duplicates are not removed), checks if it exceeds the maximum of 10,000.
SIM Card ICCID	Post-validation	Verifies the SIM card's status, ownership, and SOW configuration during the asynchronous execution phase (rules are consistent with transfers on the work order page).
Organization Validation Rules	Post-validation	The operating organization to which the SIM card currently belongs must be the API-calling organization or its subordinate. The billing organization of the API-calling organization, the current billing organization of the SIM card, and the target billing organization must be the same.

Retrieving Asynchronous Results

Polling
Call Query Asynchronous Processing Result and use the request_id from the response header to get the transfer result.

Webhook Push
Configure a Webhook callback URL in the Cube developer module. The system will automatically push the result to the specified URL after the asynchronous task is complete.

Error Codes

CB-06-0001	Target organization ID does not exist	Verify that the organization ID is correct.
CB-01-0140	The total number of ICCIDs in a single request exceeds 10,000	Reduce the number of ICCIDs in the request.
