After a SIM card is delivered to an end user with a device, if after-sales issues such as returns occur, you need to restore the SIM card's bound plan, status, and other data to the initial state it was in when Linkage delivered it to the customer. The operation is processed asynchronously. A successful synchronous API response indicates that the Linkage system has successfully received the request.

Methods for obtaining the asynchronous processing result:
Obtain the result via a notification API callback (pending).

Before the asynchronous processing is complete, the card will be in a locked state. During this time, other operations on the same SIM, such as activation, suspension, reactivation, or reset, are prohibited.

The asynchronous process usually completes within a few seconds. However, if anomalies such as network congestion occur in the carrier's system, the processing time may extend to tens of minutes or even longer.

If the asynchronous operation fails, the user can initiate it again.
