Scenario：

This interface is applicable to an enterprise that has high requirements on the stability of the network connection in the same coverage area and has configured plans with different resources in the same coverage area. When the network is unstable during device deployment or use, you can use this interface to order other resource plans.

Business rules：

The new plan is not enabled immediately after it is successfully ordered.

After the order is successful, the OTA receives the location notification to enable the new order and deliver the new number.

The original package order will be automatically suspended and released after the new number is successfully issued.

Attention：

SIM card or device that supports BIP OTA.

A "New Subscription Strategy Group for Designated Packages" has been set up and contacted with Linke.

The current SIM card/device has a communication plan order in use.

New Subscription policy Group for Specified plan: A set of plans with the same coverage area, cycle type, traffic size, and restriction policy but using different resources, agreed by the customer offline, and their ordering order under specified conditions is constrained by rules. The policies of each customer are isolated from each other and do not affect each other. The same plan of the same customer can only be included in one policy group at a time. The policy data is maintained and configured by the Access Division. For more information about the policy group of the enterprise, please contact the corresponding business personnel.
