Description

Service mandates the mobile network (cellular) service associated with the SIMs.

Asynchronous

Most service APIs are asynchronous, as network takes time to process the request. The response of the API only indicates the successful receipt of the request, not the successful result of the process.

Use /status to query the status of the SIM after service operations. If the status is in transition, allow more time for the operation to be complete. Sending service requests too fast might cause exceptions.

Suspend and Resume

SIM suspended in the middle of the billing cycle and the SIM resumed in the middle of the billing cycle might still incur charges. Please consult our sales or support team for more information.
